Dorothy A. Miller-Burgess

Mrs. Dorothy A. (Griffen) Miller-Burgess died on Friday, June 29th, 2012 in the Golden Living Of Norwood Nursing Home. Born in Norwood, Massachusetts on December 9, 1929, she was the daughter of the late William and Anna (Dean) Burgess.

She is a life long resident of Norwood and a member of the Norwood Senior Center. In 1990 she retired as a cosmetician with over 40 years of experience.

Beloved wife of the late Donald A. Burgess and the late John S. Miller. Loving mother of John S. Miller of East Walpole and Matthew T. Miller of Sturbridge. Cherished grandmother of 4 and great grandmother of 3. Sister of Jane Russau of Millis, William Griffin of Walpole, Thomas Griffin of Norwood, Joseph Griffin of Millis, and the late John Griffin.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial that will be celebrated at Saint Catherine of Siena Church 547 Washington Street (Route 1A) Norwood on Tuesday, July 3, 2012 @ 9AM . Visiting hours are Monday, July 2, 2012, from 4pm to 7pm in the James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home 48 Common Street Walpole. Interment Terrace Hill Cemetery, Walpole.
