Donald A. Dineen age 71 years died in Norwood Hospital in Norwood, Massachusetts on Sunday, April 8, 2012. Born in Boston, Massachusetts on July 18, 1940, he was the son of the late John and Elizabeth (Gillis) Dineen. He graduated from Boys English High School with the class of 1958. He has been a resident of Walpole, Massachusetts for the past 25 years.

Mr. Dinnen worked as a clerk in the automotive parts department of General Motors for 42 years.

He was a former member of the Norwood Benevolent Protective Order of Elks (BPOE).

Beloved husband of Mary Ellen (Marando) Dineen. Loving father of Gerard Touchette of Walpole, Joseph Touchette, Jr. of Attleboro, and the late Charles Touchette. Cherished grandfather of 5. Brother of Anne Ducharme of SC, John Dineen of NH, the late Catherine I. Greaser, and the late Mary C. Dineen.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the visiting hours Wednesday, April 18, 2012 from 8:30 a'" 9:30 in the James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home 48 Common Street Walpole. Followed by the Mass of Christian Burial that will be celebrated in Blessed Sacrament Church East Street (Route 27) at Diamond Street Walpole at 10:00 AM . Interment is in Saint Joseph's Cemetery in West Roxbury.
