Dennis A. Kelter

Dennis A. Kelter, age 71, passed away in the Maples Nursing and Rehabilitation Center on Thursday, October 29, 2015. Born in Norwood Hospital on March 23, 1944, he was the son of the late Arthur Francis Kelter and Susan (Blazic) Kelter of Norwood. He was raised in Norwood, MA, and graduated from Norwood High School with the Class of 1962.

Dennis was a avid NASCAR fan and started out racing and then flagging for NASCAR at the old Norwood Raceway and all over New England, including Thompson Raceway in Connecticut. He also was self-employed, with Towne & Country Auto Parts in North Attleboro in the late 1980s.

Beloved husband of the late Nancy J. (Ammidown) Kelter.
Loving father of Sean A. Kelter of Burlington, KY and Mark E. Kelter of North Attleboro.
Cherished grandfather of Aaron and Megan Kelter.
Brother of Brian F. Kelter of Norwood.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend Dennis' Life Celebration on Monday, November 2, 2015 from 5-7PM in the James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home, 48 Common Street, Walpole.
