March 26, 1962 — July 18, 2020

Debbie S. Kulbok, age 58, passed away on Saturday, July 18, 2020 in her Attleboro, Massachusetts home.  Born in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania on March 26, 1962, she was the daughter of Steve Papovich and Elizabeth (Scheffler) Papovich.  She was raised in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and graduated from Liberty High School with the Class of 1980.  Following her graduation, Debbie enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, proudly serving her country.  She was stationed in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, working in the kitchen.  She was honorably discharged in August of 1981, earning the rank of Lance Corporal.

While on active duty, she met her husband to be, Philip M. Bergamo, and the two made their home together in Walpole, Massachusetts, where Debbie welcomed her children, Jeremy and Angela. Later in life, Debbie married Stanley Kulbok, they continued to build a life in Walpole and added another child, Dylan, to the family.  Debbie continued her career as a cook, taking positions with the Foundry Restaurant in Walpole, the cafeteria of the Norfolk County Agricultural High School in Walpole and The First Sandwich Shop in Walpole.  In addition, she served as a bookkeeper for Kenneth Arthur.  While working for Kenny, Debbie earned her certificate in bookkeeping from Villanova University.  After settling in Milford in 2006, Debbie took a job with the Consortium, working as the Human Resources Director. More recently, in 2014, Debbie made her home in Attleboro with her cats, the late Little Bear and Diesel.

Throughout her life, Debbie loved art and spent many hours creating beautiful drawings for her friends and family to enjoy.  She was a talented photographer, who always knew the right angle to position her camera.  Debbie enjoyed staying active, whether heading out on her bicycle, finding a new favorite fishing spot, or taking a trip to one of her favorite places, Disney World.  Back at home, Debbie was a whiz in the kitchen, cooking up delicious meals for her family, and enjoyed spending time tending to her gardens.  However, most of all, she loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Loving mother of Jeremy P. Bergamo and his wife, Deanna, of Winter Garden, Florida, Angela M. Colburt and her husband, Jesse, of Norton, and Dylan P. Kulbok and his wife, Christina, of Milford.
Cherished grandmother of Anthony Bergamo, Brady Bergamo, Cameron Bergamo, and the late Holly Kulbok.
Devoted daughter of Elizabeth (Scheffler) Papovich of Northhampton, Pennsylvania and the late Steve Papovich.
