Christopher David Cosman, ''Cosy''', age 32, passed away on Saturday, January 2, 2016 peacefully with his Mom and family by his side.
The diagnosis of duchenne muscular dystrophy at a young age never deterred Chris from living his life to the fullest. Chris was the most independent, extraordinary, exceptional, easy going, loving and generous person you could ever hope to have the honor of knowing. He was the center, the steady, the glue that held everyone together. He was immersed in love and family and friends his entire life who shared in his love of sports, wrestling, music, video games and his line up of favorite TV shows, right down to the cooking network (Felicia!)
Chris was most content enjoying his life at home with his Mom, brothers Michael and Daniel, and his cousin Garymichael, Gary's wife, Felicia and their son, Brayden, who was Chris's pride and joy. Garymichael's dedication and love as cousin and caretaker cannot be captured in words. He, Felicia and Brayden brought about a new phase in Chris's life that was full of love, laughs and treasured memories. Chris's immediate and extended family were the fabric of his life and everyone was there at one or another, front and center, or fading to the background, always ready and willing.
