Antoinette J. Tornabene

Mrs. Antoinette J. "Ann" (Simone) Tornabene age 89 years died in the Caritas Norwood Hospital on Saturday Morning, June 28th, 2008. Born in Belmont, Massachusetts on June 23rd, 1919 , to her parents Peter and Thomasina (Livotti) Simone. She graduated from Newton High School with the Class of 1937.

A resident of Walpole since 1986, moving here from Newton. A homemaker for all of her adult life. She was a member of the Walpole Senior Center. A former active member of the Mary Immaculate Church in Newton Upper Falls.

Beloved wife of the late James V. Tornabene Loving mother of Janet Kolodzinski of Walpole , John "Jack" Tornabene of Norfolk and the late Mary Ann Tornabene Cherished grandmother of James T. Tornabene, Lynn M. Tornabene and Joseph T. Tornabene all of Norfolk Sister of the late Theresa Bellantoni, Joseph Simone, Thomas Simone, Anthony Simone. Sister in law of Mary Bocci of Newton Also survived by many nieces and nephews

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated in the Saint Timothy's Church Nichols Street Norwood on Tuesday Morning, July 1, 2008 at 10AM. Visiting hours are Monday from 4pm to 8pm, in the James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home 48 Common Street Walpole. Interment in Saint Joseph's Cemetery West Roxbury.
