Mr. Anthony Angelo Cappuccino of Wrentham died in his Wrentham home on Wednesday morning, May 28th, 2008. Born in Dedham, Massachusetts on April 6th, 1918, the son of the late Nicola and Lucia (Tornabene) Cappuccino. He had attended Norwood High School and he entered into the United States Army and served his country during World War II. He fought with the 146th Armored Signal Company in the European African Eastern Theatre, where he earned a Silver Star.
A resident of Wrentham for the past 47 years having moved there from Norwood.
A Farrier by trade he worked on his own for many years, and just recently stopped. He was the one responsible for the gates at Saint Francis Cemetery in Walpole, as well as many other metal fabrication jobs.
Beloved husband of Trudy (St.Alban) Cappuccino Loving father of Carleton Cappuccino of Cranston, RI and Naomi R. Cappuccino of Quebec, Canada Cherished grandfather of Jonathan Cappuccino of Foxboro and Rosalie Cappuccino of Quebec. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the Memorial Mass to be celebrated in St. Mary's Church South St (Rt 1A) Wrentham on Saturday morning, May 31st, 2008 @ 10AM.
